Home Coordinator

Role Summary

Home Coordinators are leaders experienced in working with adults with developmental disabilities. They have the pleasure of collaborating with a diverse team, working together to provide a safe, caring, and most of all engaging home environment for our Core Members. The Home Coordinator supervises all residential and community inclusion activities in their home and coordinates their home’s care workers. They collaborate with our administrative team to advocate for the wants and needs of their home’s staff and Core Members in all aspects of daily life. Above all, Home Coordinators are creative, compassionate, committed individuals with a passion for caring for adults with a diverse spectrum of disabilities.
